I hope you’re having a nice summer wherever you are and hope the weather actually understands what season it should be!

As this email is a long one, here's a preview of what's coming:

• Raise: Plans have changed - running an agile round instead of ASA, which will allow us to offer EIS to UK investors. £80k has been committed through very early conversations - both new and existing investors, and we have a lot of conversations on-going & lined up over the next few weeks.
• An explanation of the plans post raise, and some numbers to put those plans into perspective
• We've experienced a slower July - there's a number of macro reasons that could be against us…
• We showcased one of our slick and simple features on LinkedIn and people loved it.

Raise

The raise we talked about a few months back is now our main focus, but the plans have changed slightly. The new plan is to raise in tranches with an Agile system, which will enable us to offer both EIS (for UK investors) and a scaling valuation: lower price per share for people who invest earlier. The minimum investment is still £1k via Odin.

We’ve already had £80k committed from a few early conversations, which is a great starting point, and we have a lot more conversations lined up over the coming weeks. We also have an existing investor/advisor who is keen to be the first money in!
