Hi friend,

I know it seems like just yesterday I was emailing you, because I sent my first update so late in the month, but I do aim to get most updates out in the first few days of the month, so this is me getting back on track. You won't normally hear from me so regularly.

Asks first

Help boost my reach - I'm posting more and more on LinkedIn, as we build up to our crowdraise in July. And a fellow founder said that LI works on a point system. Likes: 1pt; Comments: 5pts; Shares: 25pts. So if my posts get shared by a lot of people, it'll jack it way up in the algorithm and reach a hell of a lot more people. So here's my ask:

Intros - a few of you mentioned you might know people in Miami or Seattle. I'm leaving on Tuesday so if you're able to intro me, I'd be grateful. My list is here, just in case.

Product update

I sent curated videos of our first feature (calendars) to our pilot testers and received some excellent feedback. They generally loved it and showed me how it's far superior to their current systems. A couple requested a few extra, easy to add things, that will benefit everyone.

There are a lot of database infrastructure changes and additions, so it will take a few weeks, but we're moving swiftly forward.

Our focus & setting expectations

I just want to clarify the timeline & focus so there are no surprises for you.

Yes, the marketplace has been alive and kicking for a while, but for now, most of our team's focus is the software. With that in mind, we are very much in our R&D, pre-product, pre-launch phase. So these emails won't have mention of revenue or growth for a while.
