Our strong traffic growth has continued, despite half term (our traffic dipped) and the short month. We've also had a lot of additional validation of our concept this month.
Key updates:
- General updates:
- We have a new director: Adam Greenwood-Byrne
- Adam's been following and supporting my journey for almost as long as I've been working on Tutti.
- He's the CEO of RealVNC and grew that company from £0mm to £13mm ARR through to a 9 figure exit.
- On top of that he's an amateur cellist & singer, who has run groups and experienced the problem that originally inspired Tutti, first hand.
- His experience in SaaS combined with empathy for the sector will be brilliant as Tutti evolves.
- Keep this quiet for now, it'll be announced in 2 weeks, but we've been selected as 1 of 10 companies in Batch 3 of the CultTech Accelerator in Vienna.
- We have a Tutti investor slack, so that we can do the following without spamming your inbox:
- we can share more incremental/quick updates throughout the month
- ask for social boosts
- introduce you to other members of the community
- Email Gabriel if you want to join
- Tech progress:
- Added sockets & offline payment tracking
- Next: Full security audit and penetration test (for free as part of a joint marketing deal)
- After that:
- Data stack to track how people use the software (pretty simple as we already have the structure set up, we just need events)
- Mobile interface for key pages (as the software is very desktop focused for now)
- Booking widget (like OpenTable/DesignMyNight) - if you have any experience building code that will be used on 3rd parties' sites, I'd love to chat.

- We've been focusing on SEO since mid ‘2022 - it’s working. This graph is total clicks per month, divided by the number of days each month, so average number of clicks per day, each month.
- Listings:
- Our strong SEO is leading to organic listings - a great pipeline for our software.
- Our host Spaces and Stories listed 5 more incredible locations.
- LSO St Luke's listed at an amazingly reasonable £775/day price.
- And our ever growing host Location Creation, listed many more amazing homes, bringing their total up to 38.
- Raise close:
- Everyone should have received their EIS certificate at this point. Let me know if you didn't.

Follow ups to what we mentioned last time (lows or highs):
- High: We got the work done we predicted and then some. Built in sockets, and after some calls with more venues about the software, expanded Tutti Pay, to track all payments, no matter where they come from (cash, PayPal, BACS, etc)
